  13. Thanks for your response about System 7.5.3. I'm using 7.0.1 now and it has a
  14. documented bug that causes files and folders to disappear. The last time I
  15. used it, I was unstuffing a file and I noticed I had 11 items on the Desktop.
  16. When unstuffit finished, I only had 4. This has happened several times and so
  17. I've stopped using Shapeshifter temporarily. I am supposed to get 7.5.x this
  18. weekend. I just got a CD-Rom drive and that delayed my purchase of 7.5.x.  I
  19. got what MacWarehouse called the PowerUser 4x Cd-Rom drive with the
  20. Groliers Encyclopedia for $220.00. It's really a Toshiba drive and it seems to
  21. be fine on the Amiga side but I haven't used it with Shapeshifter yet.
  22. I have noticed that folks are having problems with the 2.0 upgrade to 7.5 so,
  23. like yousaid, I think I'll be happy for awhile with 7.5 and it's first
  24. upgrade.
